The Mont-Bec story begins with an innovative idea by a certain Jean-Baptiste Boulet. Jean-Baptiste made his name in the food industry as co-owner of Biscuits Montmagny Inc. and Bonbon Henri & fils. A visionary at heart and dedicated to his craft, he decided one day to follow his dream: he founded Mont-Bec Foods in 1982, opting for a production method that was completely innovative in the confectionary industry at the time. His vision? To meet consumers’ expectations by offering confectionary products that were adapted to new, more discerning and healthier consumer tastes.
Today, Jean-Baptiste’s two children Marc and Martine manage the family business, as inspired as ever by their father’s vision. Now it’s your turn to discover the great taste and freshness of Mont-Bec products, made in Quebec from healthy ingredients.
